An information system designed to provide comprehensive information regarding employee transfers and retirement processes can significantly support the operational activities of the State Civil Service Agency Regional Office VII Palembang. In many organizations, especially government institutions, administrative procedures related to personnel transfers and retirement often require
extensive documentation, coordination, and communication between employees and administrative staff. Without a well-structured digital system, these processes may lead to delays, data inaccuracies, and difficulties in accessing important information. Therefore, the
development of an integrated administrative information system becomes an effective solution to improve the efficiency and quality of public service delivery within the institution. The information system in this research was developed using the Waterfall model methodology, which provides a systematic and sequential approach to software development. The stages implemented include Requirement Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, as well as Operation and Maintenance. Through these stages, the system was carefully designed to ensure that it meets the organizational requirements and user needs effectively. The implementation of this system is expected to simplify the management of personnel transfer and retirement data while also improving data accuracy, accessibility, and transparency. Based on the objectives of this research, the developed system is expected to
provide substantial benefits for employees of the State Civil Service Agency by enabling easier and faster access to administrative information. As a result, both employees and administrators can
reduce workload, save time, and enhance overall administrative performance.
